Terms of Service

1. Agreement.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://n1aminos.com and any purchase from The Daily Goods Collective LLC and N1 Wellness, LLC ("n1Aminos," "we," "us"). By creating an account, acknowledging the consent gate, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms, the Research-Use-Only Acknowledgment, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase.
2. Eligibility.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract and to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase and intended research use are lawful where you are.
3. Research Use Only.
All products are research compounds for laboratory and research use only, are not for human or veterinary use, and are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food. The Research-Use-Only Acknowledgment is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We make no medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or health claims and provide no dosing or usage instructions.
4. Accounts and login.
Accounts are passwordless and accessed via single-use, time-limited email magic links. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and for activity under your account. Notify us at support@n1aminos.com of any unauthorized access.
5. Orders, pricing, and payment.
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including where we believe the products may be intended for human use or unlawful purposes. Prices and availability may change without notice.
6. Shipping, title, and risk.
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier or to you, as applicable. You are responsible for lawful receipt and handling on arrival.
7. Returns.
Because of the nature of research compounds, all sales are final and products are non-returnable once shipped, except where required by law or where a product arrives damaged or incorrect and you notify us within 7 days.
8. Prohibited conduct.
You will not: (a) use, resell, or distribute any product for human or veterinary use; (b) make or repeat any health or therapeutic claim about the products; (c) misrepresent your age, identity, or purpose; or (d) use the site unlawfully.
9. Disclaimer of warranties.
THE PRODUCTS AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE PRODUCTS ARE SAFE OR FIT FOR ANY USE BEYOND THE BUYER'S OWN VALIDATED LABORATORY RESEARCH.
10. Limitation of liability.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DAILY GOODS COLLECTIVE LLC AND N1 WELLNESS, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF A PRODUCT IN A HUMAN OR ANIMAL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless as set out in the Research-Use-Only Acknowledgment.
12. Governing law and venue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are published with a new version, and continued use or your next acknowledgment constitutes acceptance.
